Hacer Galletas con Mini
Here is my overdue baking post from that week that I made Gingerbread cookies. It's so long ago I don't even know the date. So now without further ado, here's the first segment of Baking with Mini:
Step 2: Assemble the brat pack (aka: your ingredients). That time I chose to bake out of a box, but the next time I made cookies they were from scratch. In the end, the decision is yours!
Step 3: Spice it up a little. Cinnamon is my go-to spice when I feel like my baking is missing a little extra something. You can get the fresh grateable kind or the powdered kind. I used both.
Step 4: Mix away!!!
Step 5: Grab your cookie cutters and make a man (or a woman) out of that cookie dough!
Step 6: Prepare them for baking. (P.S. don't use wax paper. THEY WILL BURN!!!)
Step 7: Get your baking groove on! (I prefer old school Frank Sinatra albums, but to each his own.)
Step 8: Take out your fantastic cookies and give them personalities with your icing! (Yes, I am aware that some of my cookies are a little avante garde. That's what happens when you get lazy with the last couple.)
And there you have it! A beautiful and unique batch of cookies a la Mini.
Step 1: Don a cute apron and some funky shoes and take awkward pictures in your kitchen. Then quickly remove funky shoes. (Sorry to disappoint, but I don't actually bake in those.)
